Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support sales, marketing, customer service, and executive operations . This is a full‑time remote position adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys balancing communication, coordination, and client‑facing work.
The ideal candidate has experience with CRM systems , outbound prospecting , and customer communications , and can manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct email and phone follow‑ups on inbound leads.
- Schedule product demos and onboarding sessions for new accounts.
- Manage and respond to website chatbot inquiries.
- Execute outbound campaigns via AI Sales Platform | Apollo.io (email, phone, LinkedIn).
- Manage the CEO’s calendar , email inbox, and handle light research tasks.




- Handle customer support tickets in Zoho Desk and assist clients via email, phone, or screen share.
- Create and schedule social media content using Zoho Social .

Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) — required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with sales, customer support, or executive assistance .
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable using modern CRM and automation tools .
