The Project Coordinator will support renewable energy (solar, wind, battery storage, hydro) projects and will integrate our Power Generation team under the Project Management Office (PMO).
Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple Project Managers in the coordination and administration of multiple projects.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
- Create, improve and maintain tools for project management purposes.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
- Support project financial trackingMonitor project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, invoices, and cost tracking.

- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and track follow‑up actions and priorities.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in resource planning and workload monitoring.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or project support roles.
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary engineering, infrastructure, environmental, or consulting projects is preferred.
