WinIt, headquartered in Medellin, Colombia, seeks a Head of Training and Recruiting to design and deploy robust training programs for outbound sales and other teams, and to lead end-to-end recruiting efforts. The role is based in Medellin, in-office, Monday through Friday.
The adecuado candidate will drive talent development, implement scalable onboarding, and partner with department heads to align learning initiatives with business goals. Bilingual English/Spanish required; French is a plus.
