Our client is a Miami-based property management company operating 300+ short-term rental units across major OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia). They manage the full guest lifecycle using Guesty as their core PMS and invest in AI-powered tools to elevate both guest experience and team efficiency.
They are a team of 40+ professionals who value trust, service, excellence, teamwork, care for their people, and resourcefulness—not as slogans, but in practice. Design is not an afterthought; it is a direct driver of nightly rates, guest reviews, and owner retention. The Interior & Property Design Manager owns that standard across the entire portfolio and is accountable for protecting it as the portfolio grows.
How They Work
- AI-first: They use Claude and AI tools across the team, and everyone participates in weekly AI training.
- EOS framework: Quarterly Rocks, weekly L10 meetings, and clear accountability at every level.
- Structured but fast: Notion is their system of record; processes are clearly defined while execution remains fast.

What You’ll Do

- Own and continuously refine our client’s design standards across the portfolio, tiered by building and quality level, ensuring standards evolve alongside guest expectations and portfolio growth.
- Lead ongoing unit refreshes by assessing wear and aging across active units, then directing restyling, furniture replacement, and re-merchandising to protect nightly rates and guest reviews.
- Build and maintain repeatable FF&E; packages by unit type, along with the vendor and contractor relationships behind them, enabling refreshes and new units to be furnished quickly, consistently, and cost-effectively.
- Guide the design and furnishing of newly onboarded units so every property joins the portfolio meeting established standards from day one, working closely with the operations team.
- Deliver owner-facing design assessments and refresh proposals that measurably improve unit performance while serving as a valuable touchpo
