As a Corporate Travel Analyst, you will support the Logistics and Global Trade department by managing travel logistics for Robot.com’s executive and leadership teams. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating itineraries, booking flights and accommodations, overseeing transportation and travel documentation, and ensuring an exceptional travel experience for company leaders. You will also assist the logistics team in monitoring travel-related expenses, generating cost reports, and optimizing budget flows to align with the department’s OKRs and KPIs.
The ideal candidate for this position is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.



They should have experience managing executive or high-level travel, strong financial awareness, and a service-oriented mindset focused on excellence and confidentiality.
