The Analyst,



Learning Delivery is responsible for the end-to-end execution of learning programs across operations and production. The role handles program setup, scheduling, enrollment, participant support, learning system updates, and virtual and onsite production activities from pre-session planning through post-session completion. The Analyst coordinates with facilitators, vendors, internal teams, and program stakeholders; resolves routine delivery issues; escalates risks and exceptions; and completes required activities to support consistent, high-quality learner experiences. At this level, the role performs defined processes and raises exceptions to the Senior Analyst, Learning Delivery. Program ownership sits with the Senior Analyst, and delivery decisions sit with the Senior Supervisor.
