Overview

In
Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a
Lead Print Designer with extensive experience leading complex print design operations across multiple markets within agency, production, or global network environments. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end print design workflows, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest technical, brand, and production standards while driving efficiency, consistency,



and continuous improvement. The Lead Print Designer will serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, partnering closely with Production, Final Artwork, QA, and Technology teams, while mentoring Senior and Mid-level Designers to build a high-performing, future-ready print capability. The idóneo candidate combines deep expertise in print craft with a strong leadership and optimization mindset, leveraging automation, templating solutions, and best practices to enhance quality, reduce rework, accelerate speed-to-market, and deliver outstanding business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee print design delivery across multiple brands, campaigns, or regions.

• Ensure all assets comply with brand guidelines, technical specs, and production standards (print and hybrid).
