The company works closely with founders and business owners, using performance data to make informed decisions about acquisition strategy, budget allocation, and channel expansion.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Paid Social Manager to own paid social strategy and hands-on campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and Pinterest.




You'll manage e-commerce advertising accounts ranging from approximately $50K to $700K+ in monthly spend, taking ownership of account structure, testing strategy, audience architecture, attribution, performance analysis, and optimization.
This is a highly hands-on role. You won't simply review dashboards or manage external execution. You'll work directly inside advertising platforms, determine what should be tested, analyze the results, and translate performance data into clear recommendations.
This role is exclusively focused on paid social. Paid search and creative production are managed separately.
