Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights – GLOBAL to join our Integral Procurement COE team.




As a key member of our Global Procurement Center of Excellence, you’ll have the opportunity to transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights that drive impactful business decisions. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend, validate P&L; and EBITDA-level savings, and craft executive narratives for C-suite decision-makers. Here, your expertise will help build modern visual analytics and unleash hidden value across our global procurement ecosystem.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:
• Harmonize and structure spend data: Cleanse, model, and consolidate raw transactional data across ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and P2P platforms (Coupa, Ariba, ServiceNow) into a single source of truth.
