Your role
As a Business Operations Specialist, you will support the smooth and measurable operation of a business unit or function by turning data, processes, and insights into actions that improve performance and execution. The focus is on operational rhythm, financial and performance visibility, and continuous improvement across day to day business activities.

What you will do
•Support business unit or functional management review processes by preparing inputs, tracking actions, and following up on outcomes
•Analyze operational, financial,



and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
•Support revenue, profit, cost, and expense performance analysis to improve business visibility and decision making
•Assist with budget tracking, forecasting inputs, and variance analysis in partnership with finance and business leaders
•Contribute to the development, documentation, and improvement of business processes, controls, and procedures
•Support analysis of key initiatives and operational gaps, helping teams prioritize and execute actions
•Coordinate with stakeholders across functions and geographies to support consistent processes and deliverables
•Track operational metrics such as process performance, audit readiness, or satisfaction measures where applicable
