In this role, you will evaluate field service quality, track operational deadlines, manage project trackers, and keep shared knowledge bases up to date for a fast-growing US-based organization. Responsibilities:
• Perform quality assurance by reviewing service videos against defined standards and grading rubrics.
• Maintain accurate logs of completed and pending reviews, ensuring monthly grading is finalized by strict deadlines.
• Track assignment status, ownership, next steps, and deadlines for the Director of Operations and Owner.
• Conduct operational audits,



analyze data for errors or trends, and organize findings into clear trackers and presentations.
• Keep Google Drive resources organized and ensure team members access updated project and training materials.
• Utilize approved AI tools to assist with research, data analysis, and document drafting while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Requirements:
• High level of accountability, taking ownership of recurring deadlines without needing repeated reminders.
• Sharp attention to detail with the ability to spot patterns, missing information, and propose actionable next steps.
• Experience working closely with fast-moving, direct leaders, speaking up respectfully, and asking questions when needed.
• Background in operations coordination, executive support, QA auditing, or project administration.
• Comfort navigating fixed monthly deadlines as well as evolving project priorities in a remote setting.
