What The Day Will Look Like
The CBS analyst is going to managed payments, invoices and financials from US Health line though Connected Benefits Solutions team..
• Own Purchase Order for vendor facing payments, including working with finance to estimate annual vendor spend, add funds when appropriate, and approve monthly invoices for payment.
• Reviewing and reconciling monthly vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy prior to payment
• Reviewing and reconciling monthly client-facing billable decision reports and corresponding invoices to ensure accuracy prior to client delivery
• Acting as an escalation point to resolve client-facing invoice issues
• Conduct routine audits to ensure the book of business revenue is accurate and accounted for.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
• Maximum 1 years of experience.
• English level of at least B2, that is going to evaluated.
• Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Must have advanced Excel proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Admin, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or Economy.
