Este es un puesto de trabajo remoto.
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer with a strong software engineering background and hands-on experience using Generative AI and AI coding agents to build production-ready solutions.
This role is idóneo for an experienced Full Stack Engineer who can design solutions, guide AI-generated development, review and improve AI-generated code, and take ownership of features from architecture through production.
The position has a clear path toward a Tech Lead role.
What You'll Do
• Design and deliver scalable Full Stack solutions using Python, JavaScript and React.
• Use and orchestrate AI development tools and agents such as Claude Code, Cursor and GitHub Copilot.
• Review, validate and refactor AI-generated code before production.
• Design reusable prompts, contexts and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Build and integrate LLM, RAG and AI-powered solutions.
• Design and supervise data pipelines and AI/ML integrations.
• Define testing strategies including unit, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Work with CI/CD,
cloud environments and relational/non-relational databases.
• Participate in architecture, security and technical decision-making.
• Mentor developers and progressively assume Tech Lead responsibilities.
Requisitos
Must-Have Requirements
• 4–10 years of professional Full Stack Software Engineering experience.
• 1+ year of technical leadership or mentoring experience.
• Advanced Python, JavaScript and React.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents/tools in real software development workflows.
• Professional experience with Generative AI, LLMs and RAG.
• Experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of pandas and scikit-learn.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated testing.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns and data structures.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Strong Git
