As the company's financial backbone, you will own the full spectrum of financial operations, from day-to-day accounting precision to strategic reporting that informs business decisions at the executive level.

You will be the single source of financial truth for a growing, fast-paced healthcare services company operating across U.S. based accounts. Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Control
• Own and execute all day-to-day financial operations including transaction processing, payroll updates, billing adjustments, and month-end close.
• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and ensure integrity across all entries.
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments,



and customer collections.
• Perform account reconciliations across bank accounts, credit cards, reimbursements, and general ledger.
• Oversee procurement processes, vendor management, and compliance with internal controls.

Controller Functions
• Lead monthly and quarterly closing procedures in accordance with accounting standards.
• Own balance sheet preparation, P&L; management, and financial reporting integrity.
• Support financial audits and ensure documentation meets compliance requirements.
• Establish and enforce internal controls that scale with the business.
• Manage multi-currency transactions and ensure accuracy across international operations.

Strategic Reporting & Business Insight
• Build and maintain executive-level financial dashboards and reporting packages for the General Manager.
• Deliver client and account-level revenue analysis, profitability tracking, and ROI reporting
