We’re hiring a Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role combines outbound sales, lead generation, appointment setting, and customer support for our business operations.

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven professional who can confidently engage prospective customers, build relationships, manage sales opportunities, and provide reliable support to existing customers.

The adecuado candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and comfortable balancing sales outreach with inbound customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
• Conduct outbound cold calls and prospecting to identify and engage potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consistent communication.
• Nurture leads through regular follow-ups, helping move prospects through the sales process.
• Qualify potential customers by identifying their needs, interests, and business opportunities.
• Build, manage, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.




• Schedule appointments and coordinate with decision-makers or the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, prospect information, and detailed call notes.
• Identify opportunities to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.

Customer Support & Account Assistance
• Handle inbound calls from existing customers, tenants, and prospective customers.
• Respond to general inquiries regarding services, accounts, and customer concerns.
• Assist with payment-related questions, billing concerns, and account issues.
• Provide support for lock, gate, and access-related concerns.
• Assist customers with general questions and concerns regarding their storage units.
• Coordinate with the appropriate internal teams to resolve issues requiring additional assistance.
• Maintain a professional, helpful, and customer-focused approach across all interactions.
