Job Description

• Maintain clear, professional communication to ensure alignment on deliverables
• Present insights and recommendations to internal or external stakeholders when required
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data using NIQ Discover and other internal tools
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve brand health and customer experience
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Build compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate findings
• Ensure deliverables meet internal standards for clarity, accuracy, and relevance
• Support storytelling through structured narratives and data visualizations
• Assist in onboarding and training internal clients on tools and services
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and internal strategic projects

Qualifications

• Education & Experience• Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
• Up to 1 year of experience in FMCG, Retail,



Tech & Durables, or related analytical roles

• Skills & Competencies• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and basic Excel; experience with NIQ Discover is a strong plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a multicultural, virtual environment
• Fluent English communication (B2/C1)

• Additional Capabilities• Basic understanding of the briefing process
• Ability to build category overview analyses
• Use Discover templates and Analytical Frameworks effectively
• Support Senior Analysts in addressing Business Issue Analysis (BIA)
• Apply AI tools to proofread and paraphrase headings for clarity and consistency
