What You’ll Do:
- Payroll Processing & Compliance:
- Execute accurate and timely payroll processing for all LATAM employees, including salary calculations, bonuses, allowances, and deductions, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll requirements, ensuring continuous compliance.
- Employee Support & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing clear, accurate, and timely resolutions.




- Liaise effectively with local payroll bureaus to address complex employee and business queries.
- Work with external payroll vendors and third-party providers to ensure smooth payroll processing and resolve any discrepancies.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain meticulous employee payroll records and generate comprehensive reports, ensuring data confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations.
- Prepare for and support internal and external payroll audits, providing accurate and readily accessible documentation.
- Generate and analyze payroll reports for management, providing actionable insights.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with HR and Benefits teams to ensure accurate payroll deductions for benefits programs.
- Contribute to regional and global payroll initiatives, including system implementations and process optimization projects, driving continuous improvement.
