About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Industrial, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors . This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, strengthening client relationships, and positioning Egis for long-term market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic accounts, supporting revenue growth across the Energy, Industrial, Infrastructure, and Transportation sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders,



positioning Egis as a trusted partner for complex projects.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming project opportunities to identify growth areas and strengthen Egis' market presence.
- Lead and support business pursuits, including opportunity qualification, proposal development, client presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Collaborate closely with technical, operational, and proposal teams to develop competitive solutions and successful go-to-market strategies.
- Represent Egis at client meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate CRM updates, forecasting, and reporting.
