Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) , the talent powerhouse of Publicis Groupe, founded in 1926 and now the world’s #1 largest communications group , is looking for a Budget Analyst with at least 1 year of experience to join our team.
This role is focused on media operations, budget management, reporting, campaign coordination, data analysis, and project management . While knowledge of media buying or advertising is a plus, hands-on experience managing advertising platforms (such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads) is not required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize large media campaign budgets.
- Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure effective budget allocation and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align on campaign objectives.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experien ce in media buying, paid media, or similar roles.
- Fluent/Advanced English level (B2+).




- Strong negotiation and project management skills.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formattings).
- Excellent attention to details.
- Knowledge of media buying and advertising is a plus.
