We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support the full-cycle accounting operations of a multi-location organization with both U.S. and international operations. This role requires strong hands‑on accounting experience, particularly in month‑end close, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, inventory, and international accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle accounting for assigned entities and locations.
- Perform month‑end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Reconcile daily bank activity, sales, and cash transactions.
- Process monthly inventory and related accounting activities.
- Manage intercompany transactions and management fees.
- Review and reconcile payroll journal entries.
- Maintain accruals and deferred revenue.
- Support Accounts Payable activities.
- Prepare and file sales tax returns.
- Handle international and multi‑currency accounting transactions.




- Support consolidations and financial reporting to the holding company.

Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
- Strong month‑end close and balance sheet reconciliation experience.
- Experience with multi‑entity and intercompany accounting.
- Experience with international and multi‑currency accounting.
- Experience with inventory accounting.
- Experience preparing and filing sales tax returns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi-location hospitality, restaurant, or similar environments.
- Experience with Sage Intacct, Toast POS, and/or Craftable.
