Technical Operations & Order Management Specialist

We are currently looking for a Technical Operations & Order Management Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia .
The position supports an international operation by ensuring smooth order management, operational continuity, and effective coordination between technical and business teams .
About the Position
In this role, you will combine technical understanding, operational coordination, data analysis, and problem-solving to support daily operations and ensure that orders and operational activities are managed accurately and efficiently.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the accurate and timely management of operational orders.
- Monitoring workflows, workload, backlogs, and service-level requirements.
- Coordinating technical or operational issues with the appropriate teams.




- Following up on incidents and ensuring timely resolution.
- Supporting special or non-standard operational requests.
- Analyzing operational information and preparing relevant reports.
- Identifying process gaps and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain operational continuity.

What We Are Looking For
- Degree or advanced studies in IT, Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology , or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in technical operations, order management, functional support, IT coordination, or similar operational environments.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with operational data.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders effectively.
