What You'll Do
As Sales Operations Analyst,



you will be the analytical engine behind DFX5's sales organization. This is a hands-on execution role supporting sales leadership and account teams across the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean.
Sales Performance & KPI Management
- Own and track all sales KPIs, including pipeline coverage, win rates, sales cycle length, average deal size, bookings, and quota attainment, by market, account executive, and sales play.
- Prepare the KPI reporting package for weekly sales meetings and for monthly and quarterly management reviews.
- Identify trends, risks, and performance gaps, and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations for sales leadership.

Forecasting & Pipeline Reporting
- Manage the sales forecast process end to end, consolidating commit, best‑case, and pipeline views across markets on a weekly cadence.
- Build and maintain revenue forecasts, reconciling bookings, pipeline, and backlog with Finance's revenue outlook.
