We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead the growth of our business throughout the Caribbean. The idóneo candidate will identify new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with distributors, integrators, consultants, and end users, and expand the company’s presence in key vertical markets.
The BDM will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, generating new opportunities, supporting partners, and driving sustainable revenue growth while representing Full Protection’s portfolio of security and life safety solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Caribbean region.
- Identify and qualify for new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, system integrators, consultants, and end users.
- Promote the company’s portfolio of fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, networking, and security solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity generation to project closing.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations,



and technical-commercial meetings.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams to support customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and monthly activity reports.
- Attend regional trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and profitability targets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Technical Sales within the security or life safety industry.
- Experience working with distributors and channel partners.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to travel throughout the Caribbean region.
