Our client builds the stablecoin settlement and wallet infrastructure that fintechs use to move money. Their non custodial APIs let banks, payment companies and fintechs plug in stablecoin payments, remittances, payroll and merchant settlement without building blockchain infrastructure themselves. Since launching last year they have issued over 100,000 wallets, processed more than USD 1 billion in transaction volume, and gone live in more than 20 countries. The team comes out of integral payments and crypto companies you already know.
About the role
They are hiring their first commercial person on the ground in Colombia. You will report directly to the founders in the UK, with no layer in between.
Responsibilities
- Open the Colombian market. Personally. From a cold start.
- Build your own pipeline of fintechs, banks and payment companies. Nobody is handing you leads.
- Run the full cycle end to end: prospect, pitch, negotiate, close. You sign the deal, not a colleague.
- Get into rooms with C level decision makers in Bogota and stay in them.




- Translate API driven infrastructure into a business case a non technical buyer says yes to.
- Carry a revenue number and be measured against it every month.
- Grow and keep the accounts you win.
- Represent the company at Colombian fintech and crypto events.

Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years selling B2B or enterprise in fintech, payments or financial services.
- Enough crypto and stablecoin literacy to hold a real conversation. You do not need to come from crypto, but you cannot be starting from zero.
- You can sell something technical. APIs, integrations, infrastructure, platforms.
- Spanish and English, both working fluently. You are reporting into the UK, so your English needs to hold up in a founder conversation. Portuguese is a bonus.
- Comfortable on a daily team standup between 8 and 9am Colombia time, working across LATAM, London and West Africa.
- Startup temperament. Small team, no playbook, you write it.
