and scaling early-stage or rapidly growing products.Key Responsibilities- Design, build, test, and deploy full stack solutions using Python, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.- Build AI-powered features using Claude and Anthropic tools, including AI agents, agent harnesses, and LLM workflows.- Develop, integrate, test, and optimize AI/LLM solutions from initial design through production deployment.- Translate product and business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.- Own software quality through testing, debugging, code validation, and review of AI-generated code and specifications.- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows in Azure, applying solid DevOps and CI/CD practices.- Develop solutions with security, data protection, scalability, and maintainability in mind.- Collaborate directly with the CTO, product owners, and other stakeholders, clearly communicating technical decisions, progress, and tradeoffs.- Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, and continuous technical improvements.Requirements4+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong Full Stack background; 5–6+ years and senior-level ownership are highly valued.
