About the Role:
Lead maintenance operations with both technical maintenance knowledge and experience managing people and day-to-day delivery. This is a leadership role with ownership of a team, function or site operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance teams, vendors or site operations.
- Use hands-on technical knowledge to guide maintenance decisions and escalations.
- Manage people, schedules, work orders and operating priorities.

Qualifications:




- Proven maintenance leadership with team, function or site ownership.
- Relevant hands-on technical maintenance experience.
- People and operations management experience.
- Strong spoken and written English for US stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Vendor management and preventive maintenance programs.
- CMMS or work-order systems and multi-site or property maintenance.
