Purpose of the Role
Lead and support the implementation and continuous development of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) across Early Years and Primary, ensuring alignment with IB standards and The English School’s educational philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation and development of the PYP across Early Years and Primary.
• Coordinate curriculum planning, implementation and assessment.
• Support and guide teachers in PYP practices, inquiry-based learning and pedagogical innovation.
• Lead IB self-evaluation, certification and programme review processes.
• Act as the main liaison between the school and the International Baccalaureate.
• Promote professional development, collaboration and continuous improvement.




• Manage the PYP budget and resources.
• Support an international-minded, student-centred learning environment.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; Specialisation or Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in IB programmes.
• Knowledge of international curricula and PYP practices.
• Experience in curriculum leadership and teacher development.
• Experience with budget management and educational technology.
• English C1 required; C2 preferred.
