In this role, you will be responsible for providing flawless IT support for lab instruments and their associated software applications.



Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of these instruments and facilitating efficient data management. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including vendors and network professionals, to successfully implement and maintain the necessary configurations.

Your Role:

• Perform user administration tasks, including creating user accounts and ensuring their validity
• Incident resolution (trouble shooting, physical check of instrument, network issue and licenses
• Coordinate with vendors and interact with network teams to facilitate the installation of lab instruments
• Write and update SOPs
• Provide periodic reviews and maintenance support to instrument owners, including ensuring maintenance plans are followed and supporting firmware updates

Your Skills and Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Lab IT end-user support within the Pharma or Biotech industries or equivalent work experience and applicable certifications
• Experience with Lab instr
