Role Description The Coordinador de Obra is a full-time, on-site role based in Bogota, D.C., responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring projects are executed according to plan, budget, and timeline. This role includes coordinating work teams, supervising subcontractors, and monitoring compliance with safety and quality standards on-site. The coordinator will manage project schedules, track progress, and report on milestones, issues, and resource needs to project management and stakeholders. Daily tasks also involve reviewing technical drawings, organizing materials and equipment, resolving operational problems, and ensuring adherence to local regulations and company procedures.
The role requires close collaboration with engineers, architects, suppliers, and clients to maintain clear communication and support timely decisions throughout all phases of construction.
Qualifications
• Experience in construction project coordination, including supervision of on-site activities and work teams.
