We are looking for a proactive, client-focused Bilingual Receptionist & Patient Coordinator to serve as the face of our clinic and deliver an outstanding patient experience.Key Responsibilities
Patient Engagement: Welcome and guide international patients throughout their visit, ensuring a seamless journey from intake to follow-up.

Lead Follow-Up & Outreach: Proactively conduct phone calls to potential patients and prospective leads to address inquiries, provide information on services, and guide them through the intake process.
Administrative Operations: Manage medical appointment scheduling, patient registration, and daily clinic reception tasks.

Interdepartmental Liaison:



Serve as a clear communication bridge between patients, administrative staff, and specialist medical teams.

What We Are Looking For
Location: Based in Bogotá (full-time on-site).
Language: Professional working proficiency/fluency in both English and Spanish (essential).
Background: 1+ years of experience in patient care, customer service, sales outreach, or medical administration.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette, strong organization, empathy, and comfort in a fast-paced medical setting.
