Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR)



to help Otto build its first repeatable customer acquisition engine.
This is a full-time remote role focused primarily on outbound sales. You will identify and reach out to property managers, real estate operators, hospitality companies, and other businesses that manage large volumes of recurring bills.
Your job is not simply to send messages. You will research accounts, identify the right decision-makers, understand how they currently manage bill payments, start relevant conversations, qualify opportunities, and book meetings with potential customers.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include building prospect lists, conducting outreach through LinkedIn, email, and calls, following up consistently with prospects, qualifying leads, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline.
