O-I seeks a General Process Owner for Opportunity to Cash to shape the end-to-end O2C strategy and drive global transformation. You will standardize processes, lead cross-functional governance with Commercial, Finance, IT and Treasury, and push digital enablement across CRM, ERP and workflow platforms.
You will own policies, measure performance with KPIs, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure compliant and efficient cash flow. An emphasis on RPA, AI, and continuous improvement is key.
