We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team. Turn UX/visual direction into implementable, production-ready UI specifications and prototypes for Unreal Engine. This role bridges design and engineering by defining flows, interaction behavior, navigation rules, and component standards that ship reliably across platforms and input methods.ResponsibilitiesMap out UI flows, user journeys, and interaction models for in-game screens and features, producing clear specifications ready for implementationConstruct and maintain a scalable UI component system encompassing patterns, components, variants, and states to support consistent design executionDocument detailed behavioral rules covering navigation and focus order, back-button behavior, input handling expectations, error/empty/loading states, and various edge casesWork in close daily partnership with client engineers and UI artists to confirm designs are technically feasible, performant, and consistent once built in-engineDrive iteration and refinement by reviewing implemented work, offering constructive feedback, and adapting designs in response to technical limitations and findings from playtesting or QARequirementsThree or more years of hands-on experience with a strong foundation in UI/UX, backed by a track record of shipping digital products or game interfacesExpert command of Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, reusable libraries, and handoff-ready documentationSkilled at producing implementation-ready materials such as annotated layouts, interaction notes, state diagrams, and acceptance criteriaApplied knowledge of the constraints and workflows specific to designing UI within Unreal EngineFamiliarity with UMG concepts, including layout, anchors, scaling, and widget states/animations,
