Are you an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager with strong knowledge of legal and medical processes? Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with clients, attorneys, insurance companies, and medical providers?

What you'll do:

- Manage personal injury cases from intake through case progression
- Communicate with clients and provide consistent updates and support
- Coordinate medical appointments, treatment, transportation, and follow-ups
- Open and maintain accurate client files in case management systems
- Request and track medical records, bills, photos, authorizations, and other documentation
- Assist with FOIA requests and other case-related documentation
- Coordinate with attorneys, insurance companies, medical providers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor treatment plans, case timelines, medical requests, and outstanding items
- Review case documentation and address deficiencies
- Track case budgets, billing, and other important deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and meet established KPIs and quality standards
- Follow all company and software policies and procedures

What we are looking for:

- 2+ years of Personal Injury or legal case management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of personal injury, medical records, and legal processes
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
- Insurance industry experience is a plus




- Fluent English at a C1 level or higher — written and verbal
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar platforms
- Ability to quickly learn new case management software and technology
- Professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Paralegal certification is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
