We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to own the full email execution cycle across campaign builds, automations, A/B testing, segmentation, and performance reporting inside Klaviyo for a data-first growth marketing agency serving a focused roster of e-commerce and DTC brands.
This is a hands-on execution role with real ownership of campaign performance. You will be in Klaviyo every day, building flows, running A/B tests, managing segmentation, and turning performance data into clear, client-ready reporting. This is not a strategy-from-a-distance role. What You'll Work On
Campaign Building and Deployment
- Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns including batch sends, behaviorally triggered messages, and automated lifecycle journeys
- Schedule campaigns accurately across multiple client accounts and ensure nothing launches late or with incorrect assets
- Configure dynamic content blocks and conditional logic within campaigns to improve relevance and personalization
- Support creative and layout needs by selecting images, formatting text, and ensuring final output aligns with brand standards
