ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Personalization & Analytics Engineer to implement A/B testing and personalization using Adobe Target. This person manages enterprise web tagging through Adobe Data Collection, builds data layers, and configures Customer Journey Analytics for cross-channel reporting. Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills support complex testing scenarios.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead the technical development, QA, and deployment of A/B/n tests and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.
- Develop and maintain custom JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to manipulate DOM elements for complex testing scenarios.




- Own and manage the enterprise web tagging architecture using Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (formerly Adobe Launch) or Google Tag Manager.
- Implement data layers and configure rules/extensions to ensure accurate behavioral tracking across web and mobile platforms.
- Configure data connections and Data Views within Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to enable deep, cross-channel reporting for the analytics team.
- Debug and troubleshoot data collection issues, ensuring tracking integrity using network monitoring tools (e.g., Charles Proxy, browser dev tools).
- Work collaboratively with marketing and UX teams to assess the technical feasibility of proposed experimentation strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of tag management architecture, data layers, and active Target campaigns.
