About This Role:
We are hiring a Sales Operations Lead for a fast-growing, high-ticket eCommerce company specializing in custom outdoor kitchens. You will manage the day-to-day sales pipeline from post-consultation through close and production handoff, ensuring proposals, follow-ups, CRM tasks, and internal coordination move forward on time. This role requires strong ownership, consistent availability during US Eastern business hours,



and the ability to proactively identify and act on priorities without waiting for direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the sales pipeline from post-consultation through close, keeping deals, tasks, follow-ups, and next steps moving on schedule.
- Prepare accurate, client-ready proposals within the required 24-hour turnaround time after design consultations.
- Support 1-2 Sales Managers handling approximately six consultations per day each by reviewing call recordings, design notes, product details, and pricing information.
- Build estimates and proposals, then coordinate revisions, scope changes, pricing updates, and approvals across sales, design, and manufacturing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Pipedrive records, including deal stages, notes, deadlines, follow-up tasks, and next steps.
