Job Summary

As a Moving Service Provider (“MSP”) Recruiter, you will actively seek quality moving companies in areas that have been identified as needing additional MSP coverage. You will identify and research potential movers, make cold calls to sell our B2B partnership, and explain the benefits of partnering with Porch Moving Group (“PMG”). As an MSP Recruiter, you will process new MSP applications, track, and maintain MSP recruiting data.
The MSP Recruiter must demonstrate superior sales skills and appropriate negotiation tactics, as well as be able to analyze complex situations and make decisions that are mutually beneficial for PMG and MSPs. Other requirements include be
