Your Role:

The People & Partnership (PnP) Specialist supports the Operations team by
partnering with leaders and employees to deliver people-focused initiatives that enhance engagement, communication, and overall team performance. This role serves as a key liaison between operational teams and support functions, helping drive a positive employee experience while ensuring the effective execution of people-related programs and operational initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Operations leaders to support team engagement and people initiatives.
Build positive relationships with employees and serve as a point of contact for people-related concerns.
Support the implementation of employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
Coordinate operational communications and team initiatives.
Monitor employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve the
employee experience.
Collaborate with internal support teams to facilitate the resolution of
employee or operational concerns.
Assist with onboarding, transitions, and other employee lifecycle activities as
required.
Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and track operational or
people-related metrics.




Support process improvement initiatives that enhance team effectiveness
and operational performance.
Participate in projects and activities that promote a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources,
Communications, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in operations support, employee engagement, people programs, account management, or a related role in operations
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Nice to Have:
Experience in a BPO, shared services, or outsourcing environment.
Experience supporting client-facing or operational teams.
Exposure to employee engagement, project coordination, or process
improvement initiatives.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
