Sutherland is looking for Customer Service Agents to join our Family Care team.

We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong serviceoriented mindset. The ideal candidates enjoy supporting families, parents, and caregivers and are able to handle sensitive information responsibly and confidentially.

What will your mission be
You will be the first point of contact for families, parents, and caregivers, providing professional assistance and clear solutions to their needs.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer requests and inquiries through phone calls and email.
Provide empathetic, professional, and solutionoriented customer service.
Accurately record and update information in CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
Handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
Follow up on cases and meet established operational performance metrics.
Ensure a positive experience for every customer.

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and empathy.
Ability to handle situations professionally and effectively.
Responsible and confidential handling of sensitive information.
Ability to use CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and other technology tools.
Goaloriented mindset and commitment to meeting performance metrics.

Availability to work 100 onsite.

Performance bonus COP 400,000 based on operational performance metrics. This bonus does not apply during training.

Schedule
Training 2 weeks of training 1 week of nesting. Monday to Friday, 800 a.m. to 500 p.m.
Operations Monday to Friday, between 700 a.m. and 600 p.m. Specific schedules to be confirmed. 2 consecutive days off.
