About the Role

We are looking for a Bilingual Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our General Finance team. This role will be responsible for supporting end-to-end Accounts Payable operations across multiple entities and regions, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, payments, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Accounts Payable expertise, excellent attention to detail, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English with global teams.

Key Requirements

✅ 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or Finance Operations.

✅ Experience supporting multinational or Shared Services environments.

✅ Strong understanding of invoice processing, vendor management, reconciliations, payment runs,



and month-end activities.

✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

✅ Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics AX, or similar.

✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

✅ Advanced English proficiency (B2+ to C1) required.

✅ Ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders in both written and spoken English.
