Senior Accounts Payable Manager (Bilingual)

- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Manager to lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations across multiple regions. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing high-performing teams, optimizing AP processes, and partnering with integral stakeholders to ensure service delivery and business objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Accounts Payable operations across multiple countries and business units.
- Manage and develop AP teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee invoice processing, supplier management, payment execution, and reconciliations.
- Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and service delivery metrics.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and company policies.
- Partner with senior leadership and global stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
- Support strategic projects, business transformations,



and process enhancements.
- Manage escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

✅ 5-6+ years of experience leading Accounts Payable or Finance Operations teams.
✅ Experience within multinational, regional, or Shared Services environments.
✅ Strong knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
✅ Experience managing teams and multiple stakeholders.
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
✅ Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms.
✅ Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
✅ Advanced English proficiency (C1).

✅ Proven ability to lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
