ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a Performance Media Strategist Sr. to lead multi-channel campaigns that inspire, engage, and convert. In this role, you’ll own strategy and execution across paid search, and paid social—driving measurable ROI for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll work closely with our creative and account teams, blending data-driven insights with innovative thinking to deliver campaigns that outperform expectations.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll also serve as a strategic resource and mentor, sharing knowledge, providing guidance on campaign strategy and optimization, and helping elevate the team’s overall performance and capabilities.

DESCRIPTION
As a Performance Media Strategist, you’ll design and optimize high-impact campaigns across paid search, and paid social. You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable growth for our clients.
Beyond managing your own portfolio, you’ll contribute your expertise to the broader team by guiding strategists, reviewing approaches and recommendations, and sharing best practices across platforms and accounts.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid strategies, and landing page optimization.
• Implement negative keyword strategies and run A/B tests to improve CTR and conversion rates.
• Build and manage campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other emerging platforms.
• Utilize audience targeting, creative testing, and bidding strategies to achieve client KPIs.
• Monitor pacing, budgets, and performance daily, making proactive optimizations.
• Execute audience segmentation, creative rotation, and testing strategies to maximize engagement and ROI.
