About us
Capital Stack is a fast-growing US company, and we hire for the long term. We have double / tripled every year since we started. The person who will train you joined as an SDR calling leads and now runs operations. We want someone who grows with us into bigger roles and bigger pay.

What we do
We run advertising for US investment firms raising capital from private investors. The job is two things:
- Call investors who opt in, within 30 seconds. Qualify them, book them onto a meeting with our client, and follow up with anyone who doesn't answer.
- Keep our clients, US investment firms, updated on their appointments: who is booked, who confirmed, and who needs a follow-up.

What we're looking for
- A clear, neutral, professional accent. US investors understand you easily on the first listen. You are a confident conversationalist, not a script reader.
- Consistency. You show up every scheduled day, on time,



for the full shift. Consistency is most of this job.
- Strong, fast computer use. A CRM, a dialer and several tabs open at once, typing while you talk.

Tech requirements
- Internet of 40 Mbps or faster, stable. We check it live during the interview.
- A work computer that keeps up: 16GB of RAM or more, an SSD, and a processor from 2020 or newer (Intel Core i5 10th gen, AMD Ryzen 5 3000 series, Apple M1, or better).
- A headset with a proper microphone.
- A backup plan for power, internet and your computer if anything goes down mid-shift.

Experience
1 to 3+ years actually doing the work this role does:
- Calling inbound leads within minutes of opting in (speed to lead).
- Vetting and qualifying leads on the call.
- Booking qualified leads onto calendars and confirming they show.
- Keeping clients updated on their appointments.

Pay
- Base: up to $800 - $1,500+ USD per month depending on experience /
