The Role
Terrific needs a PLG-oriented commercial operator who understands how e-commerce brands actually buy SaaS.
This role owns the Shopify ecosystem,



marketplace motion, and mid-market e-commerce segment — where deals are won through product, distribution, and conversion loops, not just sales cycles.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales and Product: driving revenue while shaping how customers discover, adopt, and convert inside the product.
What You’ll Do
Revenue Ownership (Mid-Market & PLG)
- Own pipeline and revenue across e-commerce brands (primarily Shopify ecosystem)
- Close $20K–$200K deals independently with DTC brands and mid-market companies
- Convert product usage, trials, and inbound into paying customers

PLG & Conversion
- Define and improve PLG conversion loops: free trial activation paid
- Partner with Product to optimize onboarding, in-product conversion, and monetization
- Analyze drop-off points and continuously improve conversion rates
