Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in IT systems administration, Microsoft 365 administration, or a similar role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Virtual Machines, and Office 365 Admin Center
- Experience coordinating with IT vendors or managing outsourced IT relationships
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, PandaDoc, Okta, SFTP tools, or similar SaaS and identity platforms
- Ability to learn new systems quickly, especially PSA, CRM, SSO, and document automation tools
- Strong communication, documentation, and follow-through skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple systems and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating initiative and proactivity

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services firm




- Experience with Projector PSA or another PSA/Timekeeping platform
- PowerShell or automation experience
- Exposure to Intune/Endpoint Manager
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including VPN, DNS, MFA, and SSO
- Experience optimizing workflows in Salesforce, HubSpot, PandaDoc, or Okta

Responsibilities Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration

- Administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Maintain and manage user accounts, roles, and security policies in Azure Active Directory
- Oversee Azure Virtual Desktop environments, including resource allocation, access, and update coordination
- Review and maintain email distribution lists and security groups
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by employees

Vendor & Ticket Management
- Serve as the primary liaison with the third-party IT support firm
- Ensure all support tickets are logged, prioritized, and resolved within expected timeframes
- Monitor SLA performance, escalate issues as needed, and hold the vendor accountable for prompt issue resolution
- Coordinate system changes, updates, and maintenance activities between internal leadership and the IT support firm

Business Systems Ownership
- Learn and support the Timekeeping & Project Accounting system (Projector PSA), including project setup, user permissions, workflows, and data integrity
- Provide administrative support for Salesforce, HubSpot, and PandaDoc, including user management, configuration changes, and process enhancements
- Support and administer SFTP tools, including access management, configuration updates, and integration support
- Administer and support Okta for SSO, MFA, application assignments, security policy management, and authentication troubleshooting




- Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into system improvements that enhance efficiency and user experience
- Maintain documentation of configurations, workflows, and system processes

Governance & Operational Excellence
- Maintain software license inventories and user provisioning/deprovisioning processes
- Support security and compliance requirements across identity management, access controls, and platform configuration
- Maintain and continuously update security policies governing environment and device access to ensure compliance, protect company assets, and support a secure user experience
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve system reliability
