Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in risk, compliance, fraud analysis, or KYC operations; 3+ years of highly relevant experience is also welcome
- Strong knowledge of KYC processes, identity verification, and fraud detection
- Background in banking or financial services is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency; familiarity with Binance is a plus
- Experience in fraud analysis, including detecting fake IDs and AI-generated facial manipulation
- General understanding of compliance frameworks or blockchain is a plus
- Proactive approach to risk management
- Strong sense of accountability

Responsibilities

- Validate IDs, passports, and licenses through accurate face-to-document matching.
- Monitor fraud risks, including impersonation, misuse involving minors,



and AI-generated inconsistencies.
- Escalate suspicious activities and support fraud investigations.
- Uphold compliance standards aligned with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance reporting.
- Manage onboarding workflows for integral customers within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
