Vulnerability Management Lead - Remote

We are looking for a Vulnerability Management Lead to join a cybersecurity initiative focused on the remediation and governance of Critical and High vulnerabilities across applications and technology environments.

- Remote to the US
- Advanced English required

What you’ll do:

- Consolidate and manage vulnerability findings from multiple security platforms, including BugBlast, Tenable, and Checkmarx.
- Establish risk-based vulnerability prioritization based on severity, exploitability, exposure, and business impact.
- Coordinate remediation activities with application, infrastructure, engineering, security, and platform teams.
- Assign and follow up with accountable vulnerability owners.
- Manage remediation workflows, exceptions, risks, and dependencies.
- Define vulnerability closure criteria and ensure evidence-based remediation.
- Coordinate rescanning and validation of remediated vulnerabilities.
- Maintain vulnerability metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
- Support governance and weekly status reporting.
- Support ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR)

- Help improve preventive vulnerability-management controls and processes.

What we’re looking for:

- Strong experience in Vulnerability Management / Vulnerability Remediation
- Experience managing Critical and High vulnerabilities across enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability prioritization and remediation lifecycle
- Experience with vulnerability scanning and security platforms
- Experience with Tenable highly valued
- Familiarity with Checkmarx or application-security findings
- Experience coordinating remediation across multiple technical teams
- Knowledge of vulnerability metrics, dashboards, SLAs and exception management
- Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) and/or CMDB is highly valued
- Advanced English
