Experience applying experiential learning methodologies, the flipped classroom, simulations, role-playing, and activities based on business scenarios will be highly valued.Required Experience* Teaching Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience teaching English to adults, professionals, or corporate teams,



preferably in Business English programs.* Advanced Language Proficiency:C1 or C2 level of English, demonstrated through international certifications or verifiable academic and professional experience.* Business English Instruction: Experience developing communication skills applicable to meetings, phone calls, presentations, business travel, negotiations, corporate events, and everyday office communication.* Knowledge of the CEFR Framework: Proficiency in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and experience teaching programs for participants at the beginner A1/A1+ level .* Online Training: Experience conducting synchronous sessions via platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet, as well as facilitating asynchronous activities within LMS platforms.* Design of Practical Experiences: Ability to create exercises, simulations, conversations, collaborative activities, and business case studies tailored
