The adecuado candidate will have experience in virtual assistant recruitment or high-volume hiring environments and can work effectively under pressure while meeting strict deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
Responsibilities
- Conduct candidate interviews, screenings, and assessments to ensure alignment with Wing’s standards
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing and networking
- Manage large candidate pools while adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining quality standards
- Utilize at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management and tracking
- Assess candidates through online and social media platforms to identify potential fits for various roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand operational needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly
- Prepare and present candidate profiles and recommendations to management
